Roooaaar! Don’t get eaten by any of these dinosaurs. My brother is super into dinosaurs, so when we saw the giant sign for Dinosaur World we decided to spend part of the day exploring Dinosaur World. They have some pretty cool dinosaur sculptures on their dino walk. They also have fossils of actual dinosaurs. I […]
Abraham Lincoln Birthplace
We went to see where President Abraham Lincoln was born, and the childhood cabin he spoke of before they moved states. The log cabin is tiny! I can’t imagine living in such a small place with a whole family. I am blessed to have more space. The area was beautiful and enjoyable to explore. The […]
Ark Museum
This is a recreation of Noah’s Ark. There’s a lot to learn, and the Ark is huge. They showed exhibits of how the animals would have been stored and fed, tool areas, living areas. The best part was finding Eva again so we could play. Now she is my BFF and we talk on the […]
Creation Museum
Dragons, dinosaurs, Bible history…this is an amazing place to visit. Honestly, there is a lot of reading and my attention dwindled partway through. But, I met my BFF Eva while here and that made the day absolutely amazing. I enjoyed learning about many things here and would recommend it to anyone interested in history.
Kentucky Derby
Horses are amazing. I didn’t know much about horse racing, so visiting the Kentucky Derby was a great time to learn about horse racing. The tour was worth the time and there is something fun about being that close to a horse racing track. Mint Juleps are amazing. I wish we could have had one […]

I enjoy baseball. Actually, I think I enjoy the snacks more than the game. In either case, this was a fun place to visit. We were there during the World Series and they were making bats that would be used in the actual game! There is a lot that goes into making a bat. I […]
